The perfect compliment to your busy week and challenging workout schedule, this class is designed to provide relaxation through movement. Students will explore breathing techniques, stretches and poses designed to quiet the mind, relax the senses and restore balance. Linking the breath with gentle movements allows one to maximize energy flow, reduce stress and relieve tension. This class features elements of Vinyasa and restorative yoga as well as meditation and pranayama techniques. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and ability levels in this slow-paced, mindful practice.
